What can you expect
For starters, I will get very invested in your business.
I want the lore. The half-formed ideas sitting in your Notes app. The sentence you always say to clients. The tiny details about your people that seem completely irrelevant until they somehow become the best line on your website. Then I take all of that, add a slightly concerning amount of research + sales psychology, and turn it into copy that sounds like you on a very, very good writing day.
And you won't be left wondering what the hell is happening behind the scenes. I'll keep you in the loop, explain the thinking behind my decisions, ask lots of questions, and tell you when I think we can make something better. This is your business, after all. I just happen to be temporarily obsessed with it. Expect honest opinions, plenty of back-and-forth, questionable jokes, and someone who genuinely gives a shit about getting this right.
Basically, by the time we're done, you'll have copy that feels unmistakably yours, strategically sells what you do, and makes you wonder why you spent so long trying to write the damn thing yourself.
