Veronika,
Meet
your
An animal lover, bookworm and foodie who loves to use references from TV shows and is always up for new challenges (unless they include parallel parking).
(Btw, if you played along with my game of 2 truths and a lie, it’s time to uncover the truth. My celebrity crush is actually Ryan Reynolds, not Ryan Gosling. Now, back to business.)
My therapist once called my communication style “spicy.” He didn't mean it as a compliment, but I do actually believe that’s the magic I bring to the table.
I don’t do boring, and I don’t think your brand should either.
Personality is your best sales tool, and “sounding professional” is just code for sounding like everyone else. Your copy should sound like you: not some dull version your high school English teacher would clap for. The version with opinions, spice, and a voice that makes your dream clients feel like they’ve found their people. That’s what I help you write: words with a backbone.
But let’s rewind for a sec.
Writing’s been my thing since I was 9, when I turned a school project into my first “book” and realized words could make people feel something. (It was dramatic. It involved dogs saving the world. It was totally on-brand for me, tbh.)
Fast forward a couple decades, a Creative Writing course at Oxford, a detour through the world of SEO and article writing, and now here I am: running Lavender’s Writing and helping women like you ditch the cringe and find your voice online.
I’ve written for over 50 brands, coached small business owners through brand messaging makeovers, and built digital products that teach other creatives how to sell with clarity and personality, without selling their soul in the process.
I didn’t start this brand to play nice with bro-marketing. I started it because I was sick of watching smart, capable women get told they had to be louder, pushier, or someone else entirely to make a sale. Not here. Not on my watch.
Not my first rodeo:
A few things I’ve done (and loved) along the way

I’ve been in the game a while. I’ve written for 50+ brands, marketing agencies, and small businesses. From websites to newsletters to launch campaigns to in-person events and even apps. If it has words, I’ve probably written it.
What I’ve learned? People don’t connect with perfectly polished sentences. They connect with the kind of copy that feels like a voice memo from someone who gets them. That’s what I help you write.

Fun fact: my first writing gig was for a Slovenian dog-lover site & a cat-lover site. They made me Editor-in-Chief, which meant I was in charge of the big picture, and learned how to tell stories that hit and convert.
Since 2021, I’ve also been writing for media house Adria Media Ljubljana: covering everything from health to personal growth. My bylines live on sites like Cosmopolitan Slovenija, Aktivni, and Sensa.

I’m that rare copywriter who actually loves SEO. Not in a keyword-stuffing, “rank at all costs” kinda way, but in a let’s-make-your-website-Google-friendly-and-reader-friendly kind of way.
I’ve taught workshops on it. Built client strategy around it. And I’m always testing how to blend algorithm logic with personality-driven writing. Because great copy should be easy to findand impossible to forget.
