Email Copywriting Services

Email copywriting services that help you stay connected with your audience, show up consistently, and sell your offers in a way that feels natural

Your emails become something people actually want to open, read, and come back to.

WHAT IS IT:

Done-for-you email content that sounds like you, feels natural to read, and supports your business without relying on pushy tactics.

WHO IT’S FOR:

Women-led brands who want to build real relationships with their audience, stay in touch consistently, and feel more comfortable selling through email.

WHY IT MATTERS:

Consistent, thoughtful email copywriting services help you stay top of mind, build trust over time, and create a connection that makes people more likely to buy from you.

Why outsource email copywriting services?

Because emails are more than just “sending something out”

There’s structure, timing, and intention behind what works. I make sure your emails are clear, engaging, and aligned with your brand, not just written for the sake of it.

Because consistency is what actually makes email work

Writing one email is easy. Showing up regularly without overthinking it is where things usually fall apart. And consistency, when you’re doing it solo, is harder than it looks.

Because your time is better spent elsewhere

You don’t have to block out hours trying to write something “good enough.” You get emails that are ready to go, without the mental load.

Because selling can feel a lot easier with good emails

When your emails are clear and connected to your audience, you don’t have to force anything: it naturally leads people to your offers.

Why working with me feels different?

My email copywriting services are designed to make showing up in your audience’s inbox feel easy and natural.

I focus on creating emails that sound like you, make sense for your brand, and actually connect with the people reading them. That means no overcomplicated strategies or pushy tactics; just clear, thoughtful emails that people want to open and read.

There’s intention behind everything, from what you’re saying to how often you’re showing up. And while that’s happening, you don’t have to sit there wondering what to write or how to say it. I take care of the direction and the writing, so your emails stay consistent without adding more to your plate.

But don’t just take my word for it…

Still not sure? That’s okay, we like thoughtful decisions here.

The process

1. Inquiry + quick chat

You reach out, and we can either jump on a quick call or chat via messages, whatever feels easiest. We’ll go over what you need and decide whether this is a one-time project or ongoing monthly support.

2. Project booking

Once we’re aligned, we lock in the details and I get everything I need to start (this part is quick and simple).

3. Writing + first draft

I get to work and write your emails: usually 4 per batch.

4. Edits (if needed)

You get one round of edits, so if anything needs tweaking or adjusting, we refine it together.

5. Final delivery

You receive your completed, ready-to-send emails, along with subject lines and content ideas for future emails.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For blog writing, I don’t usually offer payment plans.

Most clients either book a one-time project or go with a monthly setup. If you’re looking for a larger batch of blog posts in a shorter period of time, we can talk about splitting the investment.

  • Yes.

A lot of my clients choose ongoing support, where I write a set number of blog posts for them each month (usually 4). It’s a simple way to stay consistent without having to think about content all the time, and a price for that is usually a bit lower.

  • It depends on the scope, but as a general guideline:

If you’re booking a batch of 4 blog posts, you can usually expect them within a few days after the project starts, including keyword research and content ideas for future posts.

  • Not necessarily, but if you have one, that’s the ideal setup.

I can collaborate directly with your designer to make sure everything flows seamlessly, both visually and strategically. And if you don’t have one yet, don’t worry: I have a few great recommendations we can talk through on our call.

  • Not much.

We’ll cover everything on our initial call, so I have a clear understanding of your brand, your voice, and your goals. From there, I get to work.

Once you receive the first version, I just need your feedback so we can refine anything if needed, and that’s it.

And of course, we stay in touch throughout the process. If you want to check something, share an idea, or if I need your input on something specific, we can easily do that.

You’re involved, but you’re not carrying the project.
